“Audit-consulting” company (PKF International) was established in 1991. In 2005 the company concluded an agreement to set up a partnership with FBK, the largest auditing and consulting company. In accordance with the agreement it substituted its name for FBK Povolzhie (PKF Kazan). Since then the two companies have been operating on the market under the FBK brand . Both of them (FBK since 1995 and FBK Povolzhie since 1997) are members of PKF International, the international assosiation of audititng companies. Nowadays FBK Povolzhie (PKF Kazan) is a group of companies working in partnership with FBK Povolzhie and they are incorporated with common methodological, information and technical basis, specialising in different spheres of audit and consulting.
